SAM Global University scholarships are offered to a variety of candidates based on different eligibility criteria. Given below are the several SGU Bhopal scholarships options for its students, provided the necessary conditions are followed:

On the basis of percentage:

• Above 90%: 100% scholarship
• 80-90%: 50%
• 70-80%: 25%
• 60-70%: 10%

On the basis of Sports, Cultural, Co-curricular, NSS, NCC

• International: 15%
• National: 10%
• State: 5%
• Siblings scholarship: 30%

MP Government Scholarship: This can be availed only by students of the SC/ST/OBC/Minority Category. SAM Global University scholarship follows the State Government / Central Government norms to determine the eligibility of students.

AICTE PG Scholarship for GATE: Candidates with a valid scorecard of GATE are eligible for this scholarship. These scholarships' eligibility requirements and selection standards are strictly governed by State/Central Government/AICTE regulations.

Pragati Scholarship: AICTE offers the Pragati Scholarship to deserving female students pursuing technical education. The eligibility requirements and selection standards for these scholarships are also governed by State/Central Government/AICTE regulations.

The university offers scholarships to eligible students, providing financial assistance and recognising their achievements in various areas. It's important to note that a student is eligible for only one of the SAM Global University scholarships mentioned. If a student meets the requirements for more than one scholarship, the higher scholarship's requirements will be considered. 

AICTE PG Scholarship for Gate: Only students with qualified GATE are eligible for this scholarship. Eligibility and selection criteria for these SAM Global University scholarships are complete as per State/Central Government / AICTE norms.

Conditions to avail Scholarships at SAM Global University

• Scholarships are applicable only to university tuition fees.
• SAM Global University scholarships can be availed only on the first-year tuition fees.
• The continuation of the merit-based scholarship depends on high academic performance. The student’s performance is evaluated and if it meets the required standards a continuation of the scholarship is granted. 
• A student can take advantage of only one of the above scholarships. If a student is eligible for more than one scholarship, the criteria with a higher scholarship will be considered.
• To be eligible for a continuation scholarship in the subsequent years on basis of Sports, NCC, NSS, and cultural activities, the student’s performance in the respective activities will be assessed on the basis of which their eligibility is decided.
• The SAM Global University scholarship of the student will be ceased upon misconduct or indiscipline.

Art and Culture Fests- Participating in art and cultural fests conducted by the college opens doors for its students to encounter and connect with curious minds from different walks of life. Cultural activities give students some time to relax and replenish themselves, leaving them with more enthusiasm and excitement. These fests require students to participate and work together as one team with a common goal, building a sense of teamwork. This develops one's understanding of his responsibilities toward their teammates. The SAM Global University cultural fests help students learn new things besides academics and therefore are encouraged by the university.  

Students Club

The sole purpose of the university in setting up a student’s club is to promote creative learning. SAM Global University has created distinctive clubs for students to be part of. This platform helps them polish their talents and abilities. A special timetable has been developed to enable every student to get involved in the student club and learn other crucial skills alongside academics.

Community Services

SAM Global University has evolved a way of thinking that allows its students to be a part of many community service activities and leave a positive impact on the world. SAM Global University has actively conducted CSR campaigns with students participating in them.

Some of such campaigns have been blood donation camps, Covid19 camps conducted by the NSS students of the University, Street nukkad/ natak done by the students to raise awareness on some of the important social issues, charity and distribution programs like food, clothes and stationery distribution to the poor, corona awareness camps, medical camps, a tribute to the CRPF and many more at the SAM Global University campus.

Earn while Learning

SAM Global University management leaders have always given prominence to the development of entrepreneurship abilities and the financial independence of the students. The initiative ‘earn while learn’ was made to provide students with an opportunity to earn while pursuing their degrees. Part-time jobs and entrepreneurial projects are one such means of income. The SAM Global University campus itself is a hub of various part-time job facilities like Computer Service Assistants, Data Entry Operators, Library Assistants, Assistant Coaches/Trainers and Career counsellors. This trains students for the real world of work, granting them the experience of handling professional jobs and other requirements of modern-day industries/companies.
